Alex Easton MLA has praised all those involved in the Donaghadee Lifeboat open day event, for the local community in Donaghadee on Saturday.

Speaking today Alex Easton MLA said:

“I am delighted to have attended the Donaghadee Lifeboat open day in Donaghadee on Saturday and was impressed with the organizational skills of all those involved in putting on this wonderful event. The day was attended by hundreds of children and their families. The event day had Ice cream vans, dozens of events and different bouncy castles, games and music. The fly past by the Red Arrows was particular fun and also the visit to the Light house and Life Boat; in the evening there was also a band parade by the Flutes & Drums Donaghadee which was an enjoyable evening of entertainment. The whole event was really well supported by the whole community and everyone enjoyed themselves. I would praise all those involved and a huge well done for the events put on throughout the day in Donaghadee.”
